Community Fire Foundation is a US-based philanthropic grant funded organization with a mission to support public awareness of wildland fire conditions, and to promote public/private fire mitigation and prevention efforts.

Public Awareness and Social Media

• Provide public-facing digital communication capabilities for more effective communication between government data sources and their consuming populations (e.g., firemap.org),

Next Generation Technology  Research and Development

• Underwrite machine-learning, artificial intelligence (AI), vision and mapping technologies to augment existing publicly available government and fire-service data communications,

Donations and Grants

• Support the utilization of vetted and secure technology resources from disadvantaged communities and cultures whenever possible for development efforts, and provides grant opportunities to early-stage technology startups.
